Getting started at CrossFit Exagora is simple!
1. FREE Consultation
The first step in becoming a healthier and better YOU is to call or email us to set up your FREE, introductory consultation . This allows you the opportunity to meet our coaches and staff, and experience firsthand what we do, and who we are.
2. One-On-One Sessions
After our initial consultation, the next step is to set up your first of 8 one-on-one sessions between you and one of our knowledgeable and passionate coaches. By offering personalized training during the introductory course, we minimize distractions and can devote the ideal and maximum amount of attention to your individual needs.
After your one-on-one introductory session, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the CrossFit Exagora group workouts.

Fitness in 100 Words
In 2002, Greg Glassman summarized world class fitness in 100 words in a CrossFit Journal article.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
